We all know about it, we enjoy it when we get it. But yet we almost all try to fight it, we put sleep off to look at our devices or to finish a project. We drink alcohol just before sleep which prevents our bodies from going into the most important deep sleeps. We may not care about our sleep clothing or how our bed is made.
But did you know every little factor leading up to sleep determines the quality of our nights rest?
If we take some time to buy some nice fresh pajamas's that are soft and easy to move in and prepare clean, comfortable bed sheets, then also take our eyes off of any screens 30mins before bed, place your phone on airplane mode if that helps.
These 3 things will completely change the way your body rests. A comfortable, clean environment is a must and the first place to start. If our bed sheets have bacteria on them, especially our pillows that bacteria is rubbing on our skin all night long and will encourage problems like acne to spread. Our sleeping environment should be a healing place, not a neglected chore we try to put off.
It is the single most important part of our entire health and it affects absolutely every aspect of our quality life.
